Our goal is to give our clients the best chance possible at successfully raising money.

James Irvine founded Pitch Night in 2018 and 305 Works in 2019. Since then he has seen thousands of pitches and advised several hundred founders on their pitch and pitch decks. James is passionate about the early stages of startups and wants to help as many of them succeed as possible. In addition James is the Director of Founder Institute Florida chapter and an advisor to four other accelerator programs.

Roxette Miranda along with James founded 305 Works and launched Pitch Night Miami. Roxette worked at a Med-Tech company that was sold and a software startup that was acquired. She then spent three years at a Fortune 500 before deciding to move fully into her passion of helping entrepreneurs; launching Founder Institute Florida chapter, becoming Managing Director of The LAB Miami, and advising two other accelerators.
